We can deliver car seats and other items to pre-booked rental cars at the airport.

We are unable to deliver items to private vehicles, taxi’s and  ride share vehicles at the airport or directly to the terminal.

If you require a car seat or other items for a private vehicle to collect you from the airport, it is best to arrange delivery to the home of your friends right relatives before they collect you from the airport.

Alternatively, we can book an appointment for collection and installation at our showroom, so the car seat is installed in the car ahead of time.

Your delivery and collection times will be selected at the time of booking, with confirmation of these details including in your ‘Holiday hire booking details’ overview.

Hotels & Private Residences

If you have booked your hire items for delivery and/or collection from your hotel or a private residence, hire items need to be ready for collection from 10am on the final day of hire.

If you require a car seat or other items for longer, it is best to add an additional day to your hire (most of the time the total will remain unchanged).
Last minute extensions are subject to availability and will incur a fee due to the nature of planning our deliveries and collections in advance.

Please note: whilst our collections commence at 10am, we cannot guarantee that they will be collect at 10am on the dot. Please ensure you plan accordingly.

Rental cars

Items booked to be returned with your rental car will be collected at a time that coincides with your departure flight time. If your flight number changes please ensure you notify our team in writing to ensure your booking can be updated.

Our Gold Coast showroom is located on Brisbane rd - Not far from Harbour Town.

We offer delivery of our hire items throughout the Gold Coast and Brisbane.

Please note: Our delivery area includes areas South of Redcliffe, down to Tweed.

We Do NOT currently offer delivery or mobile services to North or South Stradbroke Island, Russel Island or most of the Moreton Bay region including Bribie Island and Caboolture.

Complimentary professional installation is available with all car seat and capsule hires. If you provide your child's seated shoulder height, we'll even adjust the harness height for you!
Safety is of great importance to us. All installations are carried out by accredited, experience installers.

Our booking system calculates availability and allocates each item at the time of booking. If the calendar is green and allows you to book, the item is available.

It is important to book well in advance, as whilst the item might be available, we need to ensure we have a staff member to assist you regardless of whether or not you require delivery or would prefer to pick up.

In order to ensure all of our hire equipment is returned, our collection and drop-off option is only available when a local address is entered at the checkout.
Once proceeding to the second phase of the checkout, this option will become available when a local address is entered.

Please note: If you are travelling from interstate and not visiting local residents, please select our convenient Hotel concierge service our our rental car concierge service. We'll have everything ready for you on arrival.

Because our system sends multiple emails when a booking is placed, some email providers may filter these emails into the 'spam' or 'junk' folder.

Yes. All booking are completed through our website. This way your preferred items are instantly allocated to you, we have all the information we require, and we can keep our prices lower.

Yes! We strongly encourage bookings to be made ahead of time.

Booking ahead of time ensures that your preferred hire items are allocated to you, and we have booked time in our installers' schedules either for delivery or a pick up appointment.

Whilst we try our best to accommodate last minute requests, we are unable to guarantee the same range of equipment will be available on short notice, or that a staff member will be available to assist you immediately without delay.

Yes. Please get in touch via email to request a hire extension.

We can assess the availability of your hired items and respond accordingly.

To work out the cost of a hire extension simply enter the dates you wish to extend your hire for on the individual product page.

Each extension is considered a new hire time period. We recommend booking for a longer time period up front if you think you may require a longer hire period.

If you have arranged return to our showroom, an appointment for drop off will be booked.

All hire items must physically be received by a staff member. Hire items cannot be left unattended at our premises or at neighbouring businesses.

If you've arrange to return your items with your rental car, we'll liaise directly with the car rental company and work everything out.
Some car rental companies prefer hire items are left at the front desk upon return of the car.

Yes! When you book your hire items you'll be given the option to choose delivery.

You can choose to have your items delivered to your rental car at Brisbane or Gold Coast airport. You can also choose to have your items delivered to your holiday accommodation or even the home of any friends and relatives you're visiting.

Yes, hire items can be collected from our Gold Coast showroom (near Harbour Town) by appointment. We'll pre-book an appointment for collection to best suit your schedule, and work around our other customers.

If you're flying into the Gold Coast or Brisbane, this option isn't suitable for the collection of hire car seats. Instead, consider our rental car concierge service or hotel concierge service for a seamless arrival and departure.

The collection option is available to those who live locally, that may require items for incoming visitors.

Yes! If you are renting a car at Brisbane airport and returning your rental car to Gold Coast airport, we can accommodate one way hires.

One way hires can be accommodated from the Gold Coast to Brisbane as well Or anywhere within our service area.

Please note: Returns to Gold Coast or Brisbane airport can only be accommodated in a rental car through one of our preferred providers is being returned there.

Yes. Please submit any changes to your booking in writing. This is done to ensure we have a record of your request, and can easily match it up to the correct booking.

We are unable to modify booking details over the phone.

All our hire equipment is cleaned and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions to ensure it is maintained to the highest possible standard.

Our hire stock is regularly assessed and replaced to ensure the safety and comfort of your children.

All our hire equipment is purchased new, and maintained to a very high standard. Our strict quality control procedures ensure that items are replaced before they're in poor condition or over a certain age.

We expect that our hire items will no longer be in perfectly clean condition upon return. Some light crumbs are to be expected.

We only charge a cleaning fee if the hire item is dirty beyond reasonable use. For example, thick shake smeared, sticky lollies in crevices, milk spills etc.
Please note: Whilst we clean each item between use, we do ask that any spills are spot cleaned to avoid any messes from setting before the item is returned.

We pride ourselves on offering a high quality service where you are offered quality, clean equipment like you would use at home. We ask that you look after our equipment as you would your own.

A pram liner is provided with pram and stroller hires to help with messes.

If the car rental company don't have your hire car ready on time, we'll try our best to complete other bookings nearby whilst we wait, however, if there are extended delays, your hire equipment will be left with the staff at the front desk.

If utilising our services, it's worth booking your rental car pick up for at least an hour before your flight's arrival.

This is to ensure the car rental company has your hire car ready, and allocate to your booking.

To make best use of our airport concierge service, we'll need access to your hire vehicle prior to your flight landing.

We require all bookings to be submitted through our website including payment.

When a booking is submitted through our website, it includes important information like the dates required, the items booked and it allocates your hire items to your booking.

If any of your car rental or flight details change, please communicate these in writing ASAP, so we can adjust your booking accordingly.

If redelivery is required due to incorrect information being provided, a redelivery fee may apply.

Unless the item you have booked specifies a specific brand, we provide items based on availability, fitment and a range of other factors.

If you would like your hire items delivered to your rental car, we’ll need your rental can booking number and the name that it is booked under. This information allows us to liaise with the car rental company and ensure your items are put into the correct vehicle ahead of your arrival.
