Whether your car seat didn’t make it onto your flight, or the car rental company ran out, we’ve got you covered! We’ll do our best to accommodate your family, and get the items to you ASAP. Please submit your booking whilst you await our arrival. We appreciate your patience as we fit your booking in around our existing bookings.
All our hire car seats are selected based on a very high minimum standard of safety and ease of use. Our car seats are maintained to a very high standard with regular cleaning, safety audits and maintenance (per manufacturer recommendations) carried out as required.
Our standard convertible car seats are suitable in rearward facing mode for newborns up to approximately 12 months of age (dependent on height of child) and are available for short or long term hire.
You get peace of mind that installation is completed by an accredited fitter.
If you are flying into Brisbane Airport or Gold Coast Airport and plan to hire a car, we invite you to take advantage of our popular Airport Concierge Service, enabling you to have a hired car seat installed into your rental car prior to your arrival. We can also arrange to leave your hired pram, portacot, highchair (and more) in the boot of the car as part of this service.
Standard convertible car seats are suitable up to 12 months or until the child’s shoulders reach the lower height indicator. Please consider one of extended rearward facing hire options if you would like a rearward facing car seat with higher limits.
In forward facing mode, our standard convertible car seat is suitable up until approximately 4 years (or when the child’s shoulders meet the exit height marker).
All child restraint bookings include complimentary installation by an accredited child restraint installer.

>> We operate on QLD time (no daylight savings). Please call during QLD business hours only. Our showroom is open Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). All services are pre-booked through our website. Collection and drop-off is available from our showroom by appointment only. Airport & Hotel deliveries are available 7 days a week.
Whilst we are contactable 7 days a week for emergencies, we respectfully ask that general and administrative enquiries are made Monday to Friday as we continue to prioritise deliveries and installations over the weekend. We are unable to deliver goods to accommodation booked through third party websites (eg Airbnb).
