You've been asking for awhile, so we thought it was time to make it happen.
Once upon a time our Rental Car Concierge, Hotel Concierge and Home delivery options were only available for hire products. Well now you can have your purchases delivered the same way (or even mix and match hire products and purchases.
This option is still in it's trial phase for a bit longer, so if you're interested in giving it a go, please send us an email and we will provide you with a small voucher to use in exchange for your feedback when testing it out for upcoming stay.

What's on offer
Whilst our hiring services are super popular among visitors, we know hiring isn't for everyone.
With our expanded services, you can now purchase items for delivery to you hotel, the grandparents place or even your rental car.
A brand new car seat delivered to your rental car!
Yes! You now have the option to have a brand new car seat delivered to your rental car or the grandparents place.
When checking out you will be given the option to choose whether you want it installed, or left in the box.
A travel cot, high chair and more delivered to the grandparents place
If you're planning on visiting the Grandparents' on a regular basis, you may want to purchase a few of the items to leave there for future visits (provided they have the storage space), and hire the items that are quickly outgrown (Eg. Baby capsules, bouncers, swings, bassinets)
Add other travel essentials to your booking
Whether you opt to hire or purchase the big items, you can easily add the necessities to the same order, you have everything ready on arrival.
Order some cutlery, plates and bowls for your littles ones, a new toy or even some clothing and sleepwear that is better suited to our climate.
Don't forget to add a TOG rated sleeping bag or sleepsuit to your order, to suit the overnight temperature during your stay.
We've worked hard to ensure all of our items are reasonably priced and as convenient as possible to help make your stay as easy as enjoyable as possible.
What happens at the end of my stay?
At the end of your stay in South-East Queensland you can opt to take your purchases home with you or you can opt to have your items collected for delivery to one of our local charities.
If you have included any hire products in your order, these will be returned or collected as normal.
