Confirming your booking - Hotel Concierge Service

You can confim your booking by ensuring all the information submitted is correct. This will help us ensure everything is ready for you.

We understand that as you prepare for your travel plans, the last thing you may want to do is fill out forms.

In order to offer a service that runs smoothly and ensures your have everything you need on arrival, we do require a fair bit of information.

We use the information provided to us to process your booking and ensure everything is carried out in a seamless manner. Afterall, we are only as good as the information we have access to. We ask you to check it all over, as you will be the first to know if there's a change of plans, and can update us accordingly.

Similarly, without knowing what dates your intended to book or how old your child is, we have no way of knowing if any of the information submitted is correct. This is one of the reasons we ask that all of our customers check over the information submitted to ensure it is correct.

 

The details shown below are an example only and DO NOT represent your actual booking details. This page is a publicly accessible page put together to show you how to check your details to confirm everything is correct prior to your booking.

Your email confirmations

When you've placed your booking, you'll receive two emails. One email containing your order overview, and one email containing your hire booking details.

Your order overview

Check your order overview as it will list each of the items you've booked, and the dates you've booked each item for.

This information is located on your order overview that is received via email when payment is made for your booking. This is not located on your holiday hire booking details form.

Your hire dates

We recommend checking that your hire dates are booked so that they work with your travel plans.

  • Collection from Hotel's commences at 10am on the final day booked, in line with Hotel check out times.
  • We ask that all items are returned to the Hotel Concierge desk by 10am to allow collection.
  • If you require an item for longer, please confirm with your hotel that collection is available the day after checkout, and book an extra day when submitting your booking.
  • Whilst requests for extension may be submitted on the day of collection, we may be unable to accommodate these due to pre-existing bookings.

Booking add-on's

Your booking overview will include any items you have added on to your booking (if required).

For example:

  • An infant insert for a car seat
  • A rain cover for a pram
  • A travel bag for a travel stroller
  • A playmat
  • Any add-on purchases

Your shipping selection

Check your order overview to ensure the correct shipping option has been selected.

Our local pick-up option is available to those who live locally expecting incoming visitors. This option will appear once a local address is entered.

Your hire details

When entering your hotel delivery address, you can make arrangements for collection to take place from a different hotel.

This can be done by selecting 'Yes' instead of 'No' when asked if the collection address is the same as delivery.

This information can be found on your holiday hire booking details form. A copy of this is emailed to you when you submit it. You can find this in your inbox.

Hotel Details

Where possible, we recommend including the name of the building that our team will be delivering the items to.

Your Hotel Reservation

We recommend checking over your Hotel reservation to ensure the name listed is the same name that your reservation is booked under so the hotel staff will be able to locate in their system.

When delivering hire equipment, the hotel staff will look up your reservation, to ensure all items are allocated to the correct room. If the name provided is not able to be located in their system they will not accept the delivery.

For this reason we are unable to deliver equipment to hotel rooms and apartments booked through third party agents or platforms like airbnb as we require there to be someone onsite to receive the equipment, and hold it for collection after checkout.

Your child's detail's

Fill out your child's details as accurately as possible. We use this information to ensure all the equipment provided is suitable for the age and size of the child.

We still require the child's age if hiring equipment other than a car seat.
