We operate on QLD time (no daylight savings). Our showroom is open Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Collection and drop-off is available from our showroom by appointment only. Please ensure your hire dates correspond with these dates if you wish to arrange collection. Airport & Hotel deliveries are available 7 days a week.
Whilst we are contactable 7 days a week for emergencies, we respectfully ask that general and administrative enquiries are made Monday to Friday as we continue to prioritise deliveries and installations over the weekend. We are unable to deliver goods to accommodation booked through third party websites (eg Airbnb).
