Whether you need you car seat installed, to hire a baby capsule, to hire a car seat or have your car seat checked; our website is available 24/7 so that you can choose the items, times, and dates you need at your own pace (even better it can done after your children are asleep).
Changes to bookings & appointment times
All booking changes, appointment changes, and account related enquiries should be directed to email@example.com.
Please ensure you include the booking name and/or order number with any email requests.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.

We are unable to discuss cancellations and booking changes via phone.
Onsite & Mobile Services
Our showroom is open strictly by appointment only. We do not offer a drop in service, so it is essential that you book an appointment online if you wish to:
- Have your car seat installed
- Have your car seat installation checked
- Hire a baby capsule
- Hire a car seat or other items
- Return any hire equipment
- Try different car seats in your car
- View our range of car seats and accessories
We also run a popular mobile service, offering mobile installation throughout the Gold Coast, Logan and Brisbane.
