This is a contactless service. Your items will be left with the hotel front desk or concierge desk. Due to the nature of being a contactless service, and time restraints on hotel loading bays, it is not possible to offer car seat installation as part of this service. We would recommend booking our Rental Car Concierge Service if you wish to have your hire car seats installed in your rental car ahead of your arrival.
Book your Holiday Hire
Once you've worked out your travel dates and booked your accomodation, simply select the hire items you require and complete the booking form.
It's helpful to include your children's ages when booking so we can ensure the items you've booked are age appropriate.
Once we've recieved your booking, we'll confirm send through a confirmation, and get everything ready on our end.
Please Note: Delivery to 'air bnb style' accommodation where there are no onsite staff available is not possible as we deliver items to the front desk or concierge service.

When you arrive and check in to your accommodation, your items will either be waiting in the luggage holding area, with the front desk/concierge staff at your accommodation or in your room (If it is ready and this is requested by the hotel. This will be dependent on your accommodation provider).
Tip: When booking your items select the delivery window that ends before you require the items, and the pick up window that starts after you're done with the items. *Most hotels prefer the 10am-3pm time slot for delivery and pick up.*
After enjoying your stay, most hotels prefer that hire items are left with their concierge staff or placed in their luggage holding room for us to collect after you've checked out.
Please ensure you include the name the items are booked under with us, on the tags placed on each item at the hotel.
Please note: Some hotels and resorts may make specific requests as to where they would like the items left for collection.
Our team begin collecting hire equipment from hotels at 10am. If you require hire items after 10am please add an extra day onto your booking in advance.
