Hotel Concierge
Delivery and collection Available 7 days a week (Delivery and collection takes place from 10am-3pm)
*Contactless service* - Due to loading bay restrictions, car seat installation is not available as part of our Hotel Concierge Service.
Have your hire items delivered to your hotel at the beginning of your holiday, and picked up at the end when you're done!
To utilise this service, your accommodation booking will need to be with the front desk. The front desk or hotel concierge staff will look up your reservation to ensure they are receiving items for one of their guests.
Sorry! This service isn't suitable for accomodation booked through third party management services where keys need to be collected from lock boxes or other locations. The hotel concierge will look up your reservation to confirm you are a guest prior to accepting a delivery. If there is no reservation in their system, they will not accept the delivery.
Hotel deliveries take place between 10am - 3pm. We are unable to provide a specific time for delivery due to the nature of offering a delivery service across multiple locations.
If you require items prior to this time, we would encourage you to book your hire a day earlier so your items are ready upon arrival (Please advise your hotel if you plan on doing this as space limitations may apply at some venues).
Collection from hotels commences from 10am. Please ensure your items have been left with the hotel concierge or front desk staff by 10am on the last day of your hire.
Delivery and collection occurs from 10am-3pm (approx.). We are unable to provide specific delivery and collection times.

Rental Car Concierge
Available 7 days a week
*Contactless service* - Please advise us of any flight changes so we can accommodate your needs best. Please ensure your rental car is booked for at least an hour before you land to ensure availability.
Have your hire items delivered to your rental car ahead of your arrival - All you need to do is pick up the keys on arrival. Our accredited installers will even install your hire car seats for you!
We have a working relationship with several car rental companies which allows us to offer this service.
This option is available where at least one hire car seat has been booked - Did you know this often often works out to be more budget friendly?
We recommend utilising one of our recommended car rental companies to minimise any potential issues.

If you wish to use a car rental company that is not listed, please ensure you contact them ahead of time to ensure they will allow us access to your hire car ahead of your arrival.
Installation takes place between 9am - 5pm. If you are planning on collecting your hire car prior to 9:30am, please book your hire equipment and rental car for the afternoon prior to ensure everything is ready for you.
Returns can take place at any time that suits the car rental company as we can access the rental car the day after return.
Private Residence Delivery & Collection
Available Monday - Saturday
Our home delivery service is ideally suited to those working from home, or those unable to visit our showroom Monday to Friday. This option is best suited to bookings where large/bulky items may be required (Wooden cots, full sized high chairs etc.)
There will need to be someone present and/or contactable for the duration of your delivery time frame so we can ensure we have somewhere safe to leave the hire items, and provide instruction on using our equipment.
As we'll need someone to accept the equipment or provide access to the location where it needs to be left, this option is not suited to privately booked rentals (including airbnb's) where there is no one onsite.
Collection from private residences commences at 10am on the final date booked. Please ensure all hire items are ready to go by the front door by 10am
Delivery and collection occurs during the chosen time slot. We are unable to provide specific appointment times.
Onsite Collection & Drop-Off
Available by appointment Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays)
This option is currently only available to those who are local expecting incoming visitors. This option will only be available when a local billing address is entered.
Visiting the grandparents? Bookings can be arranged so your hire items can be collected (and installed) at our Gold Coast Showroom ahead of your arrival.
Our showroom is open by appointment Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
A weekday appointment will be scheduled for collections and/or drop-off of your hire items. Where possible your appointment will be scheduled during your preferred window. In order to ensure all of our customers receive their items in a timely manner, we are unable to take requests for specific times.
This option is best suited to individuals who are local and need to collect hire equipment for incoming visitors.
If you are planning on visiting from out of town, consider arranging for local family or friends to collect your items ahead of your arrival.
Collection from our showroom is not ideally suited to those who are flying in or out of our local airports as we cannot always guarantee a suitable appointment will be available around changing flight times.
We encourage you to make use of our rental car concierge or hotel concierge as it often not possible to collect items on the way from the airport due to flight delays and fitting in our other customers.

Public Holidays
On Queensland Public Holidays our showroom and private delivery/collection service is not available. Not to worry though. Arranging collection or delivery the day before or after is often the easiest option.
