With years of experince between our installers, we'll ensure everyone is travelling safely
Onsite collection and drop-off is available Monday to Friday by appointment. Onsite collection and drop-off is not available on public holidays.
Our hires are all pre-booked through our website. An appointment for both collection and drop-off will be booked on your behalf. You will receive your appointment notification when our staff roster goes out.
Please do not turn up to our showroom without an appointment.
How it works
Booking
- Gather the required details
Work out which items you need and how long you need them for. Measure the seated shoulder height of each child requiring a car seat (measure from floor to shoulder when sitting on the ground).
Tip: Book your hire so it begins a day in advance if you require items by a specific time. We are unable to guarantee that the first appointment of the day will be available for collection. Adding an extra day can help ensure that everything goes smoothly. - Select your chosen items
Enter your hire dates on each item you require and add them to the cart. - Complete the hire details form at the checkout
This form is used to gather the information required to process the booking and help us ensure the equipment booked is suitable for the age and size of the children. - Select the corresponding shipping option at the checkout
The local pick up option will only appear when a local address is entered at the checkout.
Sorry. Collection is not available for those flying in due to the number of flight delays. Please select one of our concierge options instead. - Submit your booking
Your order overview and holiday hire details will be sent via email to your chosen email address.
If you don't see an email after completing your booking, please check you spam folder.
Collection
- Keep an eye out for your appointment details
In the lead up to your hire start date you will receive an appointment notification via email and text to the contact details on file. If someone else is collecting hire equipment on your behalf, please forward the email on to them so they have the required information. - Appointment details
Your appointment will be booked during your chosen time frame as selected on the hire details form when originally placing your booking.
In order to accomodate the needs of all our customers including both onsite and mobile services, we are unable to take requests for specific appointment times.
If the time slot you have have requested is fully booked, you will be provided with the next available appointment time.
Please note: time slot requests are a request based on your preference only. Whilst we will make every attempt to offer an appointment that falls within your preferred time frame, we are unable to offer any guarantee of availability during this time frame. - Attending your appointment
Please take note of the details included on your appointment notification email. One of our accredited installers will install any hire car seats for you at the time of pick up. Any other items will be loaded into your car for you.
Return
- Keep an eye out for your return appointment
You will receive an appointment notification for the return of your hire items on the final day of hire. - Ensure all items are returned
Please ensure all items that were provided at the start of your hire are returned during your return appointment. One of our onsite staff members will tick off all returned items in our system.
If you have someone collecting and dropping off items on your behalf, please discuss their availability with them, prior to booking. Alternatively, our home delivery service is a popular option for many individuals who have work and other commitments throughout the day.

Located in the 'Centre Park' complex. Enter the same driveway as Drummond Golf. Our entry is located under the Petway sign - Open by appointment only.

We offer a reange of delivery and collection options to suit your requirements. Some of these options include our rental car concierge service, delivery to the home or workplace of your relatives or our hotel concierge service.
