PURCHASED CAR SEATS ONLY: If the car is available, we are happy to install your purchased car seat for you. Extension strap or locking device).* Please note: Hire car seats will have any accessories included as standard for no extra cost. This question only applies to purchased car seats.
Booking Details Rental Car delivery is available to rental cars only when at least one car seat hire has been booked or a car seat has been purchased. If you require delivery to a private vehicle, please arrange delivery to your accommodation or to the vehicle address ahead of time.
We are happy to accommodate deliveries to more than one location, however, ask that a separate booking is placed for each delivery (eg. Delivery to a rental car and a hotel are best submitted as two separate bookings).
Collection/ Delivery* At least one car seat must be hired or purchased to utilise the rental car delivery option. If no car seat is booked, we will be unable to deliver any items to your rental car.
The option for onsite collection will appear when a local address (including postcode)is entered at the checkout.
Per our website, hire and delivery services are available within South-East Queensland only.
Our mobile services are in high demand, and we only have a limited number of installers available. To avoid discontinuing the onsite pickup and drop-off option altogether, it's important that you understand how this service operates. A team member will meet you at our showroom at a time that is able to be worked into their schedule. We are unable to offer the option of requesting an appointment time. If this does not suit your work schedule or other commitments, please choose one of our mobile services instead.* The delivery and collection preferences above indicated above are to allow us to ask the correct questions to better assist you. 2023 Public holidays - QLD Public Holidays fall on 2nd Jan, 26th Jan, 7-10th April, 25th April, 1st May, 2nd October, 24-26th December. 2024 QLD Public Holidays fall on 1st Jan, 25th Jan, 29th-31sr Mar, 1st April, 25th April, 6th May, 7th Oct, 24th-26th Dec. Hire collection and drop-off will need to be planned around these dates. Our showroom will not be open for collection or drop-off between Christmas and NYE.* Onsite collection and Delivery/collection to private residences are not available on public holidays.
Our showroom will not be open between Christmas and New Years Eve. During this time our delivery services will operate as normal. Alternatively, your hire can be booked for pick up before the 23rd of December and Drop-off after the 2nd Of January.

For onsite bookings we'll schedule an appointment for you based on your preferred collection window.
Collection is available Monday to Friday by appointment from our Labrador showroom (located near Harbour Town).
Preferred Drop-off Time* Please do not request specific times. In order to avoid discontinuing the collection option,appointment times will be booked based on our staffing availability around mobile appointments.
If you require equipment until a specific time, we recommend booking your items until the following day to allow for any scheduling issues (eg. flight delays).
If you’ve chosen to return the items to our showroom, we’ll schedule an appointment for you based on your preferred drop-off window.
Drop-off is available by appointment to our Labrador showroom (located near Harbour Town).
Specific appointment times are unable to be requested. Please ensure that you or someone you trust is available for the entire duration of your preferred time frame.* Whilst we would love to be able to offer the option for specific appointment times to be requested, it is simply not possible to book every single customer for the first appointment of the day (as is often requested). We can deliver hire items to your rental car at the airport. Returns are only available at these locations when a rental car is being returned. Where a car seat is hired with installation into a rental car, it must be returned with a rental car.
Rental car installation hours run from 9am-5pm. Whilst evening arrivals are not a problem, early morning arrival will require that both the rental car and your hire with us are booked for the day prior.* Installation may take approximately half an hour.
Evening arrivals and departures can be accomodated throughout the day as long as the rental car has been booked accordingly.
