Visiting the grandparents? Bookings can be arranged so your hire items can be collected (and installed) at our Gold Coast Showroom ahead of your arrival, and returned by your family after your departure.
Our showroom is open Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) by appointment. Please ensure both the start and end of your booking are planned accordingly.
This option is best suited to locals requiring baby gear for incoming visitors. If you are flying in please consider one of our concierge options.
Have your hire items delivered to your hotel at the beginning of your holiday, and picked up at the end when you’re done! Your items will be delivered to the concierge desk before 3pm. On the final day of your hire, simply return your hire items to the concierge desk by 10am for our staff to collect.
Have your hire items delivered to your rental car ahead of your arrival – All you need to do is pick up the keys on arrival. Our accredited installers will even install your hire car seats for you!

Installation takes place between 9am – 5pm. After hours collection of your hire vehicle is no problem as we can install your items during the day. If arriving prior to 9:30am, please ensure the car hire company is able to allow us access the day before.
Strollers, portacots and other items can be delivered to rental cars when at least one car seat is booked for delivery.
This option is best suited to bookings containing bulky items (wooden cots, full sized high chairs etc.). Our home delivery option is ideal for those working from home, or who may not otherwise be able to attend our showroom during the week. Someone will need to be present for the duration of the delivery time slot.
On the final day of your hire, please have your hire items ready for collection from 10am.

No need to check the Tour 2 in – Never again will you need to navigate an airport with a tired toddler and no stroller. Simply fold the stroller into it’s carry bag when it’s time to board, and pull back out once you reach your destination.
The Baby Jogger City Tour 2 is ideal for relieving tired little legs during long days out, shopping and visiting local attractions.. The air mesh panel at the back of the pram is great for allowing airflow during nap time, whilst the adjustable leg rest increases the seat length for nap time.
All prams and strollers come with a pram liner that must be used for the duration of your hire. This not only provides comfort for you child, but allows an easier clean up at the end of your hire period.
