Returns to our showroom
Returns to our showroom are available by appointment Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
- Please ensure you have booked an appointment through our website before stopping by.
- Please make sure all accessories that were included with your hire are returned. (Including capsule hoods, harness covers, gated buckles etc.).
- If you need another child car seat installed, we are happy to assist with this. You may even wish to book an installation appointment so we have more time to assist you and show you how everything works.
- We are more than happy to remove equipment from your car, and uninstall child car seats - In fact we encourage this option to ensure that all parts are removed and avoid damage to our equipment or your car.
- Please ensure you book your appointment in advance. If no appointment has been booked, we will book one for you. It is your responsibility to ensure all hire equipment is returned before the end of the booked hire period.
- If a hire extension is required, please send through the date you wish to extend your hire to so an accurate quote can be provided. Extensions are subject to availability.
