Cleaning fee

A pram liner is provided for use during your hire. An additional fee may apply if the pram is excessively dirty upon return.

This option covers basic cleaning of food, sand or other crumbs. Prams are not permitted to be taken on the beach. An additional fee may be charged if your pram comes back containing rubbish, excessive amounts of food, bodily fluids or slime.

The pram must be returned free from food, rubbish, sand, slime or bodily fluids if you do not wish to pay a cleaning fee.

Delivery and collection options

Onsite Collection (Monday – Friday by appointment) 

Visiting the grandparents? Bookings can be arranged so your hire items can be collected (and installed) at our Gold Coast Showroom ahead of your arrival, and returned by your family after your departure.

Our showroom is open Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) by appointment. Please ensure both the start and end of your booking are planned accordingly.
This option is best suited to locals requiring baby gear for incoming visitors. If you are flying in please consider one of our concierge options.

Hotel Concierge Service (Available 7 days a week)

Have your hire items delivered to your hotel at the beginning of your holiday, and picked up at the end when you’re done! Your items will be delivered to the concierge desk before 3pm. On the final day of your hire, simply return your hire items to the concierge desk by 10am for our staff to collect.

Rental Car Concierge Service (Available 7 days a week)

Have your hire items delivered to your rental car ahead of your arrival – All you need to do is pick up the keys on arrival. Our accredited installers will even install your hire car seats for you! View our recommended car hire companies and an overview of this service to see how it works.
Installation takes place between 9am – 5pm. After hours collection of your hire vehicle is no problem as we can install your  items during the day. If arriving prior to 9:30am, please ensure the car hire company is able to allow us access the day before.
Strollers, portacots and other items can be delivered to rental cars when at least one car seat is booked for delivery.

Home Delivery & Collection (Monday – Saturday)

This option is best suited to bookings containing bulky items (wooden cots, full sized high chairs etc.). Our home delivery option is ideal for those working from home, or who may not otherwise be able to attend our showroom during the week. Someone will need to be present for the duration of the delivery time slot.
On the final day of your hire, please have your hire items ready for collection from 10am.

 

We’ve test driven and selected our great range of prams and strollers for hire based on their features, ease of folding, size and maneuverability. We hope you you enjoy using them as much as we do.

The Bugaboo Butterfly travel stroller offers a super compact fold – so compact it fits handle luggage requirements of most major airlines. No need to check the Butterfly in – Never again will you need to navigate an airport with a tired toddler and no stroller. Simply fold the stroller into it’s carry bag when it’s time to board, and pull back out once you reach your destination.
The Bugaboo Butterfly is ideal for relieving tired little legs during long days out, shopping and visiting local attractions.

All prams and strollers come with a pram liner that must be used for the duration of your hire. This not only provides comfort for you child, but allows an easier clean up at the end of your hire period.

Always check check your airline’s policies regarding the use of travel strollers ahead of time.

Yes! Delivery is available to your pre-booked rental car at Brisbane airport or Gold Coast airport when a car seat hire is also booked. We’ll even install your hired car seat for you if the car rental company have your hire car ready. Prams, strollers, portacots, bassinets, highchairs, baby bouncers and any other baby equipment you need can be left in your rental car or delivery to your accommodation can be arranged.

Prams and strollers must not be taken near sand. Colours & styles may vary.
